It Starts from outdoors

After Covid, getting close to outdoor adventures and close to nature made me feel grounded and gave me braveness to explore different aspects of life and believe if I dare to dream, everything will come true.

Meditation comes for sole

I attended 10 days Vipassana meditation, twice.

It makes me realized how powerful our mind can be when we are IN PEACE.

And realized how intelligent ancient people are when they don’t have the technology, but their theory was proofed now after thousands years later.

TCM served my purpose

My personal health experience that helped by a Chinese medicine doctor led me start learning TCM (traditional Chinese medicine). It’s been an amazing journey so far. 

It makes me triple ensure the believe that the nature already has all the answers and cures both mentally and physically.

And learning from our ancestors who strongly connected with nature can find most of the questions we want to know.
